Ingredients
- 12 oz. cranberries
- 2 apples cubed
- 2 cups riced cauliflower thawed
- ¼ cup agave
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- ¼ tsp. salt
Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup riced cauliflower
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup agave
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- Pinch salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In 9x13 baking pan, combine cranberries, apples, riced cauliflower, agave, lemon juice and salt. Stir together.

In medium bowl, mix together rolled oats, riced cauliflower, coconut oil, agave, cinnamon and salt.

Spread oat topping evenly over cranberry mixture.
