Ingredients
- 10 oz. raw walnuts
- 4 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line sheet pan with parchment paper.

Spread walnuts on paper and roast 10 minutes.

To food processor, combine nuts and syrup, pulsing until smooth. Scrape down sides as needed.

Add vanilla, salt and cinnamon to food processor and process until fully mixed and smooth.
