			Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups plant-based milk
 - ¾ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
 - 1 scoop Nutiva Organic Plant Protein Powder-Vanilla
 - 1/4 cup vegan yogurt
 - 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
 - 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
 - 1 tsp. flax meal
 - ½ banana mashed
 - 1 Tbsp. sunflower seed butter
 
Toppings
- ½ banana sliced
 - Flax seeds
 - Almonds halved or chopped, or nuts of choice
 
Instructions
- 
										In jar with lid or in glass, combine all ingredients except toppings and shake or stir well.
