Simply prep the ingredients the night before and thank yourself in the morning. Peach & Almond Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In medium bowl, stir together oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and ginger.
  2. Add almond milk, peach preserves, almond butter and vanilla bean paste and combine well. Let sit 10 minutes at room temperature, then stir again.
  3. Pour into individual ramekins, jars or small serving bowls. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. To serve, top with diced fresh peaches and sliced almonds.
  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
