Ingredients
Lavender simple syrup
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1-1/2 tsp. culinary lavender buds
Matcha latte
- 1-1/2 tsp. Navitas Organics Matcha Powder
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. hot water
- 6 oz. milk
- 1-2 tsp. maple syrup
Lavender maqui cream cold foam
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 3 Tbsp. whipping cream
- 1/4 tsp. Navitas Organics Maqui Powder
- 2-3 tsp. lavender simple syrup
Instructions
Lavender simple syrup

Place all simple syrup ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to boil, immediately reduce heat and let simmer 5 minutes. Cover, remove from heat and let steep 20 minutes. Strain liquid through sieve into sealable container and place in fridge.

Lavender maqui cream cold foam

Add cold foam ingredients in order listed to small cup or bowl and mix with frother until thick and cream-like. Set aside.
Matcha latte

Sift 1/2 tsp. matcha powder into bowl. Add hot water and whisk vigorously with whisk or frother until smooth.
Assembly

Fill large glass with ice and add milk, 1-2 tsp. sweetener and prepared matcha, and mix to combine. Pour lavender cold foam over top and enjoy!
