Ingredients
- 1 cup walnut halves toasted, plus more to garnish
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese packed in brine, brine reserved
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil plus more to garnish
- 2 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves plus more to garnish
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Fine sea salt to taste
For Serving
- Flatbreads
- Crackers
- Pita chips
- Sliced raw vegetables
Instructions

In bowl of food processor, pulse toasted walnuts until crumbly, about 10 seconds.

Add feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, dried oregano and fresh thyme leaves and process on high speed until well combined, about 1 minute.

Add reserved feta brine, 1 tsp. at a time, until smooth and creamy. Season with ground black pepper and fine sea salt to taste.

Scoop into bowl. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves, toasted walnuts and olive oil.

Serve immediately, accompanied by flatbreads, crackers, pita chips and/or sliced raw vegetables.
