  1. Combine all ingredients into small bowl until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate until needed.

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or non-stick baking mat.
  2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Roll dough out into 1/4-in. thickness.
  5. Using cookie cutter, cut shapes and place on lined cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until they look dry. For softer treats, bake for less time.
  7. Transfer onto wire rack and let cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, make sandwiches with yogurt filling.
