Baking & Cooking Aid that can be used as a substitute for gluten in most gluten free cooking!
What Is Xanthan Gum? – It's an excellent binder & thickener that gives strength and elasticity to baked goods and thickens sauces and gravies.
Diet-Friendly – Xanthan Gum is Keto & Paleo Friendly in addition to being Gluten Free! It is a soluble fiber that adds no additional calories to your diet.
How to Use:
- ½ teaspoon per cup gluten free flour baking (a little more for bread, a little less for cookies).
- ¼ teaspoon per cup of liquid to thicken gravy, dressing, sauce, etc. (slowly increase the amount of xanthan gum to increase to desired thickness).
- 2 teaspoons per cup of flour for pizza crust.
Reseal pouch tightly and store in a cool dry place.
