Even as a grownup, you still go ga-ga when it’s time to blow out the candles. So why wait all year? Birthday Cake Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
1 cup egg whites
 1/2 scoop birthday cake-flavored protein powder 
 1/2 cup blueberries
 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
 Cinnamon, to taste
 Organic olive oil cooking spray
 Optional toppings:  1 Tbsp. coconut oil or almond butter, ¼ cup blueberries
Directions
- Heat frying pan over medium heat.
 - In large bowl, mix together all ingredients (except topping).
 - Spray pan with olive oil spray.
 - Pour batter into pan and cook until pancakes are lightly browned on each side.
 - Top with coconut oil, almond butter and blueberries.
