Ingredients

Salad

  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 2 radishes sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts

Optional: 1/4 cup feta cheese

Acai Vinaigrette

Optional: 1/2 tsp. maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add salad ingredients to large serving bowl.
  2. In small jar, whisk together acai vinaigrette ingredients until well combined.
  3. Drizzle dressing over salad and gently toss until leaves and berries are evenly coated.
