Our dried thyme is nothing but pure, fancy grade, whole organic thyme leaves (Thymus vulgaris). So much flavor from such an understated herb. Woodsy, herbaceous and pleasantly aromatic, our French thyme has the perfect flavor potency to enhance, but never overpower. No GMOs. No ETO (considered carcinogenic by the EPA). Not irradiated. Gluten-Free Savory Stuffing

  • 10 slices gluten-free bread (well toasted, cut into cubes)
  • 1 cup celery (diced)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 egg (whisked)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary leaf
  • 1/4 tsp. dried basil
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In large mixing bowl, place cubed toast.
  3. In stock pot with water, simmer celery and onion 5 minutes; drain and add to bowl with toasted bread.
  4. Add remaining ingredients to the large mixing bowl. (Note: Crush spices finer, if needed.)
  5. Stir stuffing until well incorporated and all pieces are moist. In 11x7-inch baking pan, spread out stuffing mixture.

  6. Bake 45 minutes, until top is browned and middle is still moist.
