Instructions

  1. In medium-sized mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  2. Add egg white and oil and mix well.
  3. Coat fish with mixture.
  4. In air fryer basket, arrange fish strips. Squeeze lemon juice over each strip.
  5. Set fryer to Air Fry setting at 400 degrees F. Cook 5-6 minutes, flip fish and continue cooking 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve with salad and favorite dipping sauce.
