Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs. wild cod cut into strips
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 1 tsp. ground mustard seed
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1 egg white omit if watching sodium intake
- I lemon juice only
- Black pepper or red pepper, to taste
- Pinch sea salt omit if watching sodium intake
Instructions

In medium-sized mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.

Add egg white and oil and mix well.

Coat fish with mixture.

In air fryer basket, arrange fish strips. Squeeze lemon juice over each strip.

Set fryer to Air Fry setting at 400 degrees F. Cook 5-6 minutes, flip fish and continue cooking 2-3 minutes.
