This elegant-looking crumble is a perfect dessert for any occasion. As they cook, the bright, tangy cranberries mix with the sweet flavors of the orange juice to make a tart and creamy filling. Then, gluten-free almond flour is used to create a perfectly crispy, crumbly “crust” topping. The only thing that can possibly make this dessert better is a generous scoop of whipped cream on top!
Almond Flour Cranberry-Orange Crumble
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In medium-sized sauce pan, bring all filling ingredients to slow boil, then reduce heat. Stir occasionally until thick sauce consistency is achieved (do not over-stir). Remove from heat.
In medium-sized bowl, mix together crumble ingredients.
Grease pan. Add cranberry mixture and top with crumble. Bake until golden and bubbly, approximately 20-25 minutes.
