Cantaloupe & Arugula Summer Salad

Ingredients
1 cup arugula
1 ripe cantaloupe, halved, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 lb. fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. flax oil
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/3 cup pistachios
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well to combine.
2. Serve immediately.
