Because we like you!” Now you can make your own copycat version of the frozen pineapple soft serve found at everyone’s favorite theme park. It’s a bright, cheery tropical treat made even creamier (and healthier!) with frozen coconut milk. Blend up just four ingredients and this vacation staple will transform your kitchen or backyard into your own magic getaway.

Copycat Frozen Pineapple Whip (Vegan)

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In blender or food processor on low speed, blend together all ingredients. Use tamper to press pineapple into coconut milk. (Note: Do not blend on high speed.)
  2. Pour mixture into frosting piping bag and squeeze to create swirls in bowls or ice cream cones. Serve immediately.
  3. Freeze remaining whip.
