  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line 6 wells of muffin pan with parchment paper.
  2. Slightly roll out puff pastry sheets with rolling pin. Cut into 6 1-1/2-inch rounds or squares.
  3. Gently place puff pastry pieces into wells of muffin pan, arranging to fit snugly.
  4. To each, add goat cheese crumbles, a sprinkling of cranberries, a dollop of apricot jam and a few pecans. Place rosemary sprig on top.
  5. Bake about 15 minutes, or until puff pastry is golden brown.
  6. Cool tart 5 minutes prior to serving.
