- 16 chicken tenders
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In medium-sized bowl, whisk eggs. In separate medium-sized bowl, combine flour, parsley, salt and pepper.
