Gluten-Free Apple Cinnamon Bread
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In large mixing bowl, whisk together milk, sugar, olive oil and egg.
Stir in flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Mix in chopped apple until well incorporated.
Pour into three mini loaf pans.
Bake 35 minutes, until middle is cooked through.
If glaze is desired, in bowl, mix together powdered sugar, butter and milk. Drizzle over cooled bread.
Tips: If desired, sprinkle loaves with cinnamon-sugar before baking.
