Grilled Pineapple & Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken breasts cut into chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple cut into chunks

Sauce

Instructions

  1. Soak 6 to 8 wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes before grilling.
  2. On each skewer, alternate chicken and pineapple.
  3. Combine sauce ingredients. Pour sauce over skewers, reserving ¼ of the sauce for later.
  4. Place skewers on grill; cook until chicken is done, flipping halfway, 6 to 8 minutes.
  5. To serve, pour reserved sauce over skewers.

Recipe Notes

For a little spice, add sriracha or chili powder to the sauce.
