Stunning in presentation and loaded with even more taste than their standard baked counterparts, these Hasselback potatoes are easy to make and infused with herbs and spices. Displaying a distinctive accordion pattern, the thinly sliced – but still intact – spuds are crispy on the edges and tender on the inside. As they cook, a simple sauce made with olive oil and thyme drips into each crevice for the ultimate flavor experience.
