			Ingredients
- 3 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Acai Powder
- 2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup (about 15) pitted Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
Instructions
- 
										In large bowl, combine oats, acai powder, chia seeds, strawberries and almonds.
- 
										In blender or food processor, process dates into a sticky paste.
- 
										In saucepan on stove or in microwave-safe dish in microwave, melt together cashew butter, honey and coconut oil.
- 
										Add cashew butter mixture and date paste to dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- 
										Line 9x9-inch pan with parchment, and pour mixture into pan; press down firmly to compact ingredients.
- 
										Freeze 1-2 hours. Slice into rectangles. Refrigerate or store on countertop in airtight container up to five days.
