Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 bananas mashed
- 1-½ cups quick oats
- ¼ tsp. pink salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. ground flax seed
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup turbinado sugar
- ½ cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In medium mixing bowl, mash bananas. Mix in oats, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and flax. Stir in coconut oil, maple syrup and sugar. Fold in walnuts.

Scoop ¼ cup batter per cookie onto baking sheet. Bake 15-18 minutes.
