Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In medium mixing bowl, mash bananas. Mix in oats, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and flax. Stir in coconut oil, maple syrup and sugar. Fold in walnuts.
  3. Scoop ¼ cup batter per cookie onto baking sheet. Bake 15-18 minutes.
