- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Wet Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. ground flax seed + 2 Tbsp. water (let sit for at least 10 min)
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 egg

In medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix until evenly combined.

In center of dry bowl, create a well. Pour in wet ingredients and whisk with fork until dough forms. Use hands to knead dough for 1-2 minutes. Transfer mixture to refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Divide dough into 6-8 pieces. Brush with a little olive oil. Roll each piece of dough into a long, evenly sized stick. Bake 10-13 minutes.
