Creamy Avocado Key Lime Pie

by | Updated: May 30th, 2024

This vibrant key lime pie skips the usual suspects (eggs and condensed dairy milk) and goes greener by incorporating avocado, coconut milk and coconut flakes along with traditional zesty lime. It’s a no-bake dream come true, with a crust made from lady fingers or your favorite crunchy cookie for ultimate versatility. Patience is a virtue, though, and this tropical-paradise pie needs a chill session in the fridge before it’s ready to transport your taste buds. But the wait is well worth the reward! And this creamy, light-green dream is a proven hit with kids and grown-ups alike.
