Grilled Lemon-Turmeric Chicken

  • 1-1/2 lbs. chicken breast

Marinade

Instructions

  1. In large bowl, whisk together marinade ingredients; add chicken and coat thoroughly. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat grill to medium-high/high heat.
  3. Grill chicken 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temp is 165 degrees F.
  4. Remove from grill and rest 5 minutes before serving.
