Caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp. Sunbutter Organic Sunflower Butter
- Dash Redmond Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
Nice cream
- 4 medium bananas peeled, frozen
- 1/2 cup walnuts plus more for toppings
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
To serve
Instructions

In bowl, mix all ingredients for caramel sauce until well combined, thick and smooth.

In high-powered blender, combine all ingredients for nice cream and blend until completely smooth. (Note: Will have a consistency similar to gelato.)
