Ingredients

Caramel sauce

Nice cream

  • 4 medium bananas peeled, frozen
  • 1/2 cup walnuts plus more for toppings
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

To serve

Instructions

  1. In bowl, mix all ingredients for caramel sauce until well combined, thick and smooth.
  2. In high-powered blender, combine all ingredients for nice cream and blend until completely smooth. (Note: Will have a consistency similar to gelato.)

  3. To serve, scoop nice cream into cone, drizzle on caramel sauce and place some walnuts on top.
