If you’re looking for a sweet treat that’s full of good-for-you ingredients, try these bars. Sunflower butter is a protein-rich, allergen-free alternative to nut butters, while tiger nut flour (which comes from a root vegetable!) is a nutritious, gluten-free flour alternative with a mild sweetness and prebiotic benefits. Plus, they’re made satisfyingly sweet with date syrup and not refined sugars! Whip up a batch in less than 10 minutes.

  2. In 6-inch square baking dish, press down mixture evenly.
  3. Fully cover with melted chocolate. Sprinkle on salt, if desired.
  4. Refrigerate 2 hours, or freeze 1 hour. Slice into bars to serve.
