Instructions

  1. In small pot over medium heat, stir together maple syrup, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, salt and non-dairy milk. Bring it to just below simmer and remove from heat. (Note: Do not bring to boil.)
  2. Stir in hot coffee. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  3. Pour into mug, top with whipped cream and sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
