Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup or coconut sugar
- 2 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
- Dash sea salt
- 3/4 tsp. pumpkin spice
- 1/2 cup Milkadamia Macadamia Milk or Sproud Plant-Based Milk
- 1/2 cup strong-brewed coffee
- Vegan whipped cream or whipped coconut cream
Instructions

In small pot over medium heat, stir together maple syrup, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, salt and non-dairy milk. Bring it to just below simmer and remove from heat. (Note: Do not bring to boil.)

Stir in hot coffee. Adjust sweetness to taste.
