Lonely is a hard, hard thing to do. That’s why veggie sticks have ranch dressing, chicken wings have blue cheese and tortilla chips have salsa. So where does that leave fruit? Lonely…until now. This creamsicle-inspired dip is most compatible with bananas, strawberries, peaches and apples. But feel free to play match-maker with any of your favorite fruits. Thanks to the dip’s light, waist-friendly ingredients, it’s easy to get swept away.

8 oz. low-fat cream cheese
5 oz. plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp. honey
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Zest of 1 orange

  1. In a food processor or blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth and well incorporated. Mixture will still have little chunks from the coconut flakes and orange zest.
  2. Serve with de-stemmed strawberries, banana coins, sliced apples or spread on a tortilla wrap to make a fruit taco.
