They’re actually baked in the oven, but not to worry — they’re every bit as good as the finger-lickin’ original. A staple of Southern comfort, this version of oven-baked pickles features a homemade sriracha sauce for dipping, making for a pleasantly tangy and spicy appetizer that’s not only delicious, but also a snap to serve. That’s kind of a big dill!

Ingredients

Sauce:

  • 5 oz plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sriracha

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Combine cheese, flour and garlic powder in medium bowl.
  3. Dip pickles in flour mixture, coating evenly. Place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes. Broil on high for 2 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Mix sauce ingredients and dip oven-fried pickles in prepared sauce.
