Ingredients
Pancake bites

- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 3/4 cup low-fat milk
- 1 Tbsp. ghee softened
- 1 egg
- 1 ripe banana mashed
Buttery citrus-honey glaze
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- Zest from 1 orange
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In bowl, combine all pancake bites ingredients. Note: Some banana chunks may remain.

Spoon mixture into mini muffin tin. Bake for 10 minutes.
