Parmesan & Garlic Roasted Carrots
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In bowl, toss carrots with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
On baking sheet with cooking spray, arrange carrots.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender.
Sprinkle on parmesan and parsley before serving.
