Ingredients
- 3/4 cup salted and creamy peanut butter + 1/2 cup for swirling
- 1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter powder + 1/4 cup for swirling
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 flax eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- Powdered monk fruit to taste
Instructions

In bowl, mix together cocoa, peanut butter powder, almond flour and monkfruit.

In separate bowl, combine peanut butter, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add powders and mix into thick consistency. Stir in chocolate chips.

Pour into baking pan. Using butter knife, stir in extra peanut butter to create swirly design.

Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 20 minutes. Test center of pan with toothpick to make sure it comes out clean.
