- 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. ashwaganda
- 1/4 tsp. astragalus
- 1 tsp. beet powder
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey
- 1 tea bag Yogi Soothing Rose Hibiscus Tea

In pot, combine all ingredients, except for tea, and whisk to combine. Add tea bag and bring to boil. Reduce heat and whisk for a few minutes until frothy.
