- 32 oz. vegetable broth
 - 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin puree
 - 2 cups green apples peeled and cubed
 - 2 cups carrots peeled and sliced
 - 1 Tbsp. ginger peeled and minced
 - 1 tsp. pink salt
 - ¼ tsp. black pepper
 - 1 tsp. cumin
 
Instructions

										In 5 qt. soup pot or Dutch oven, combine broth, pumpkin, apples, carrots, ginger and spices.

										Bring soup to boil then cover and simmer 15 minutes.

										Remove soup from heat. Allow to cool slightly.
