Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp. light brown sugar packed
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 Tbsp. peach preserves
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla bean paste
- Diced fresh peaches
- Sliced almonds
Instructions

In medium bowl, stir together oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and ginger.

Add almond milk, peach preserves, almond butter and vanilla bean paste and combine well. Let sit 10 minutes at room temperature, then stir again.

Pour into individual ramekins, jars or small serving bowls. Refrigerate overnight.
