Roasted Cauliflower With Turmeric

by | Updated: February 7th, 2022

If cauliflower isn’t your fave (and even if it is), try skipping the steamer basket and adding some unexpected spice. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by the caramelized flavors and toasty textures of this roasted cauliflower with turmeric. Best of all, the recipe couldn’t be simpler. All you need is a baking sheet, bite-sized cauliflower pieces and a mouthwatering mixture of turmeric, spices, bread crumbs and olive oil. After a quick trip in a 400-degree oven, serve warm as a dinner side or cold as a salad topping.
