Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1 cup raw pecans
- 1/3 cup raw honey
- 1 Tbsp. grass-fed butter or coconut oil
- 3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In mixing bowl, combine all nuts.

In microwave or on stovetop, heat honey for about 30 seconds, until it starts to bubble. Remove from heat and stir in butter or oil, cayenne pepper, cinnamon and salt.

Pour honey mixture over nuts and mix well to coat. Pour nuts on baking sheet and spread out evenly.

Bake about 15 minutes, or until nuts are fragrant and golden brown, being careful not to burn them. Stir and flip nuts half-way through.

When out of oven, add another sprinkle of salt, if desired. Let nuts cool prior to breaking them apart and removing from pan.
