Sunbutter & Jelly Overnight Oats (Vegan & Gluten-Free)

Mornings are busy. When you’re rushing to get out of bed, dressed and out the door on time, it’s easy to overlook breakfast – the most important meal of the day! Prepping your breakfast tonight will make for a smoother morning tomorrow. With just a few minutes and a handful of ingredients, you can have delicious SunButter and jelly oats waiting for you in the refrigerator to eat at home or grab and go.

Serves: 2

Ingredients
1 cup steel cut oats
1 cup Milkadamia Macadamia Nut Milk
1 Tbsp. Nutiva Chia Seeds
4 Tbsp. Sunbutter sunflower seed butter
4 Tbsp. Crofters Organic Just Fruit Spread or make your own chia seed jam

Directions

  1. In two jars, divide oats, chia seeds and nut milk. Swirl in Sunbutter; top with jelly. Refrigerate overnight to set.
  2. Serve with fresh fruit, nuts or granola.
