by | Updated: June 2nd, 2021

Asian stir fry is a fast, healthy way to make a meal. And cooking at home is always better than takeout. It’s on your plate fast, piping hot and made with clean ingredients that you’re in control of (no need to fear the dreaded MSG!). The marinade in this recipe calls for a coconut amino teriyaki sauce made from organic coconut sap, sea salt, ginger, onion, garlic and cayenne. Nothing more. Your new favorite takeout is now take-in!

  1. In bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, olive oil and black pepper.
  2. In separate large bowl, marinate beef strips and red peppers in sauce at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat large skillet to medium-high heat. Using tongs, add meat and peppers to pan. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring and flipping to sear meat on all sides. Add green onions and cook additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. In separate pan on medium heat, toast sesame seeds 3-5 minutes, stirring often to prevent burning.
  5. Sprinkle on sesame seeds and serve immediately over cooked rice.
