Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs. fresh green beans
- 1 small onion thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. coconut aminos
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/2 cup unsalted cashews
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
Instructions

In large sauté pan, heat 2 tablespoons sesame oil over medium heat.

Add green beans, onion and garlic. Stir occasionally for 10 minutes or until green beans begin to soften and onions begin to caramelize.

Stir in balsamic vinegar, honey, coconut aminos, salt, pepper and cashews. Cover pan, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove cover and sprinkle green bean mixture with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
