Instructions

  1. In large bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, almond flour, coconut flour and salt until thickened.
  2. Using ice cream scoop, shape golf ball-sized portions and roll into balls.
  3. In medium bowl, add chocolate chips and coconut oil, then microwave until smooth.
  4. Dip balls in chocolate or drizzle with chocolate.
  5. Place on cookie sheet and refrigerate until chocolate solidifies.
