Vegan Coconut Chocolate Mousse (Gluten-Free)

The days of pudding cups in your lunchbox might be long behind you, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still indulge in smooth, chocolatey goodness. This dairy-free mousse gets its velvety texture from coconut cream and is naturally sweetened with dates for a better-for-you dessert that will bring back fond memories of that classic treat you enjoyed as a kid.

Serves: 4

Ingredients
6 dates
1 can Native Forest Coconut Cream
2 Tbsp. pHresh Products Cacao Powder
1/4 tsp. Simply Organic Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp. Nutiva MCT Oil
1/8 tsp. Redmond Sea Salt

Directions

  1. In blender, combine ingredients and process until smooth.
  2. Pour mousse into airtight jar and refrigerate overnight.
