  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions, cooking for 7 minutes rather than 9-11. Drain and set aside.
  3. In 8” square baking dish, combine 1 cup vegan cheese and remaining ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  4. Stir in cooked pasta; top with remaining vegan cheese.
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes.
