- 1 box Explore Cuisine chickpea fusilli
- 1-1/2 cups Sproud Original plant-based milk
- 2 Tbsp. Vegan butter
- 3 Tbsp. cashew cream cheese
- 1-½ cups vegan cheese
- 1/3 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. Bob’s Red Mill arrowroot powder

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Cook pasta according to package directions, cooking for 7 minutes rather than 9-11. Drain and set aside.

In 8” square baking dish, combine 1 cup vegan cheese and remaining ingredients. Stir until well combined.
