Whip up a healthy fruit wrap for a sweet breakfast, lunch or snack. Vegan cream cheese made from almonds packs a plant-based protein punch while varied fruits burst with nutrition. Get the kids involved and they can layer theirs any way they like for a unique culinary creation. Roll ‘em up, fold ‘em or eat ‘em like a pizza!

Vegan Cream Cheese & Fruit Tortilla Wrap

Almond Cream Cheese



  1. In blender, combine all ingredients for cream cheese and process until completely smooth.
  2. On plate, lay tortilla. On one quarter, spread sunflower butter and top with blueberries.
  3. On opposite quarter, spread almond cream cheese and top with almond slices.
  4. Arrange bananas on third quarter.
  5. Arrange strawberries on last quarter.
  6. To eat, slice each section separately or leave whole and fold or roll.
