Grillable Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey (recommend 93%, 7% fat ground turkey)
- ½ cup frozen cauliflower rice thawed
- ½ cup fresh spinach chopped
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- ½ tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- ¼ tsp. onion powder
- Cooking spray
- 4 burger buns
Instructions

In large bowl, combine turkey with cauliflower rice, spinach and spices.

Divide mixture into four sections and form 4 patties.

Oil grill gates to prevent sticking. Heat grill to medium heat.

Grill patties for 8-10 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Remove from grill, cover and rest 5 minutes before serving on bun with desired toppings.
