Where’s the beef? Not in these patties! While beef might be a common option for BBQs and cookouts, these grillable turkey burgers deserve a chance in the spotlight – and on your plate! They’re loaded with herbs and spices for irresistible flavor, but they’re also packed with cauliflower rice and chopped spinach to make them extra healthy and hearty. With so much to offer (including a serving of veggies!), these patties will make anyone forget about beef.

Grillable Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In large bowl, combine turkey with cauliflower rice, spinach and spices.
  2. Divide mixture into four sections and form 4 patties.
  3. Oil grill gates to prevent sticking. Heat grill to medium heat.
  4. Grill patties for 8-10 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
  5. Remove from grill, cover and rest 5 minutes before serving on bun with desired toppings.
