Instructions

  1. Add frozen banana, milk, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper and nutmeg to high-speed blender.
  2. Add Codeage colostrum powder and optional carrot juice.
  3. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Adjust consistency and add more milk to thin or few ice cubes to thicken.
  5. Taste and adjust flavor: more cinnamon for warmth, ginger for zing, turmeric for earthiness.
  6. Serve right away, or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours. For longer stash, freeze in cubes to blend into future smoothies.
