Ingredients
- 4 slices pork bacon
- 2 cups brown rice cooked
- 2 cups frozen peas & carrots
- 8 whole eggs
- 8 egg whites
- 6 green onions sliced
- Optional: Coconut aminos
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

In large skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, leaving grease in the pan.

Add peas and carrots until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
