Ingredients
- 4 whole corn cobs husks removed
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. za’atar
- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 3/4 tsp. fine sea salt
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- Parsley chopped for garnish
Instructions

Using a large, sharp knife cut ends off corn cobs so they’re flat.

Standing each corn cob up on one end, carefully cut them in into quarters lengthwise.

Add quartered corn cobs to large bowl and coat with extra virgin olive oil.

Season with garlic powder, za’atar, smoked paprika and fine sea salt. Make sure to toss corn as you season to ensure they are evenly coated.

Arrange seasoned corn cobs in single layer in air fryer basket. Air fry on high (approximately 375 degrees) 10-12 minutes.
