Ingredients
- 5 apples peeled and cubed
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 1/2 cup water
Apple pie spice blend
Cinnamon chips
- 3 organic flour tortilla
- Cinnamon
- Sugar

To medium cooking pot add water, coconut oil and apples.

Stir in spices, salt and sugar. Cook apples on medium to medium-high heat for 10 minutes. Water should be bubbling. Stir occasionally.

Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice and allow apples to cool.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Sprinkle tortillas with thin layer of sugar and cinnamon. Bake 5 minutes until crispy.

Remove from oven and cut into pie slices with pizza cutter.

Place apple pie salsa in serving bowl and serve with cinnamon chips. Alternatively, serve apple pie salsa with premade churro chips.
